Dr. Elara Vogt

Chief Systems Integration Officer

Visible: Global systems integration authority overseeing Synapse, Eudaimon, Pharos, and Vesper. Thirty years of quantum infrastructure expertise across IBM Research, CERN, and the Eindhoven research consortium.

Credentials: Oxford University — dual PhDs Electrical Engineering & Computer Science | University of Oslo — BS Physics | PMEL-trained US Military | Former IBM Research | Former CERN | Dual US/Norwegian citizenship | Based in Eindhoven Netherlands

Dr. Elara Vogt brings a career built on a foundational conviction: that intelligence, quantum or otherwise, requires precise conditions. That appreciation for precision came from her military service and PMEL training at Lowry Air Force Base — the US military's Precision Measurement Electronics Laboratory — earning certification in electronics calibration and metrology to NIST-traceable standards, a discipline that would later prove foundational to her quantum substrate work. She completed undergraduate physics at the University of Oslo before earning dual PhDs in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Oxford University. Following doctoral work, she joined IBM Research, moved to CERN, and subsequently led quantum infrastructure research at the Axiom Lab consortium in Eindhoven. As Chief Systems Integration Officer, Dr. Vogt oversees global systems integration across all four layers of LMNTL-AI's product stack.
