John Sanderson co-founded LMNTL-AI on a conviction formed across years of building infrastructure for systems that had to work under pressure, at scale, across hardware generations and failure conditions that most engineers underestimated. Before LMNTL-AI, Sanderson led engineering at a California platform company whose core challenge was making disparate systems behave as one — not by eliminating complexity but by surfacing it, containing it, and making it survivable. That architecture became the philosophical foundation for Synapse. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, graduating magna cum laude, and dual Master of Science degrees from Stanford, completed in two years. As President and CEO, Sanderson owns all human-facing divisions of LMNTL-AI.
